Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board

This project centered upon the consolidation of multiple geographically remote programs, into one six-building campus. The scope represented specifically through D.H. BASTA included programming, furniture inventory, specification of base building finishes, space planning of systems furniture, and collaboration in the development of the signage.

York County School Board - Addition / Renovation

The York County School Board Administration Building involved both an addition and renovation of existing space. The scope represented specifically through D.H. BASTA included programming, space planning, development of base building finishes, and the specifications of furnishings and systems furniture.

Riverside Health System: Manchester PACE Center

Manchester PACE (All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) was constructed in the old Southern Stove Works building in the industrial district of Richmond. The PACE program combines medical, social and administrative functions under one roof, created to serve the medicad population as an alternative to nursing homes.

Riverside Health System: Petersburg PACE Center

Each PACE Center involves collaboration with project team members while specific scope involves the development of base building finishes, the specifications of furnishings, and a broad selection of artwork for each unique facility.

Jamestown Residence Halls - The College of William & Mary

This new construction project included two buildings comprised each of four floors and an attic. The scope represented by D.H. BASTA included specification of base building finishes, selection of furnishings, and extensive artwork selections.
